Narrative rotation
Data as of 15:00 UTC
Mcap-leading narratives, ranked by RS-Ratio across the leaderboard.
Each row opens its sector page, where the intra-sector laggards still trailing it live.

Which narrative is leading right now, and which coins inside it are still behind.
rotation-radar describes where each crypto narrative sits in the rotation today, read only from history the tool banks for itself. The metric definitions were fixed in code before the first chart rendered. It does not forecast, and it will not tell you what to trade.
It reads three levels. First the market regime — risk-off, btc-led, alt-rotation or neutral. Then which narratives are leading, from the quadrant each one sits in on the rotation graph. Then, inside a leading narrative, the coins still trailing it. You are looking at all three, live, in the strip above.
It is built for the analyst-of-one: a reader who would rather work from a method they can inspect than from an indicator they have to take on faith.
Live and free to read.
What you actually see
The useful question sits one level up from a single coin: which narrative is gaining relative strength, which is fading, and which coins inside a leading narrative have not caught up yet. Four screens, each a different depth of that same read.
Regime
The backdrop: whether the market is risk-off, btc-led, rotating into alts, or neutral. Rules-based and multi-state — when the banked history is too thin to place it, it says so instead of guessing.
Leaderboard
The sector view: relative strength across narratives, so you can see which categories are leading and which are trailing. The table ranks categories that clear a market-cap and volume floor — the same floor the digest names — rather than every category in the feed.
Rotation Graph
The showpiece. A rotation-quadrant chart benchmarked on Total3 rather than an equity index, plotting relative strength against the recent change in that strength. Each plotted narrative sits in one of four quadrants by where it is now — leading, weakening, lagging, or improving. The basket is the twenty largest categories by market cap, not every category. The quadrant idea comes from Relative Rotation Graphs® in equities, a registered mark of RRG Research; this is an independent, crypto-native implementation with its own pinned parameters.
Within-sector RS + Watchlist
The drill-down: inside a narrative, which coins are keeping pace and which are the laggards, plus a watchlist to keep your own set close. Coin-level detail is collected for twelve sectors fixed by a rule set in advance rather than by size; every other sector still carries its own sector-level reading, without the coin breakdown.
Why you can trust the numbers
The metric definitions — relative strength, rotation velocity, the regime rules, and the Rotation Graph's own math — were fixed in code before any of their output existed. The definitions were pinned first, then the data was read against them.
When history is too thin to compute a value, the tool says so: it surfaces insufficient-history honestly and stores null as null, never a fabricated number. The regime read is rules-based and multi-state — risk-off, btc-led, alt-rotation, neutral, insufficient-history — not a single on/off switch.
Everything you see is derived from stored series, computed off the request path, with no live external call standing between you and the screen.
Read the full methodology →What this is not
- Not a new-pair sniper — no new-pair alerts, no mempool racing, no sub-second latency. That is a different job.
- Not a forecaster. It makes no forward-return claim; the forward-return study is pre-registered and its verdict gate is currently shut.
- Not for deploying real capital. It is an analytical lens; the author's own downstream trading is bounded play money.
Naming what a tool refuses to do is how you know what it actually does.
Where to get it
The same read above — regime, leading and lagging narratives — travels to wherever you already are: a periodic digest on Telegram or Discord, or a direct connection through MCP.
